Though my husband lives in Carhart everything. . . this is the first time I’d bought him a pair of pants in this cut. Unfortunately he can’t wear them because they have a strange seam problem. Though the waist is technically the correct size, the seam where the waistband meets the rest of the pants is actually stitched smaller around then the size sold. This gives a weird “puckering” effect and makes the top of the waistband flare out like an old pair of 80′s pants. It also makes the bottom of the waistband too small for the person to wear comfortably unless you have bought them in a larger size than normal.
Other than the waisband issue, these pants appear to be the same super durable tough as nails pants we would expect from Carhart.
